How It Works

Fundraising with Florida Fruit Association is as easy as 1-2-3! Follow the easy steps below and your fresh fruit fundraiser is bound to be a success!!

Step 1

Meet with your team in September or October to schedule your fresh fruit sale for delivery in November or December. Call Florida Fruit Association at 1-800-613-7848 and we will provide you with all the necessary materials required for conducting a successful fruit fundraiser.

Step 2

The key to a successful fruit fundraiser is advertising! Contact your local radio stations and newspapers. Display our colorful posters in area businesses. An outdoor marquee is another great way to advertise your sale if one is available to you. And don't forget the internet!

Step 3

At the end of your sale, tally your total orders and give us a call. We will also discuss delivery dates with you. After your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation of your order along with an invoice. Once a firm delivery date is set, you will be contacted so you can arrange to have your volunteers ready to unload your fruit from a refrigerated truck upon arrival at your designated drop site.
